On this page, we would like to present an overview of the best Cilentan recipes, passed down in time, which are directly linked to the principles of the Mediterranean diet.
We want to be true to the principles that recommend the consumption of only seasonal fruit and vegetables. For this reason, we have grouped the recipes according to the seasonal availability of fruit and vegetables
